Cambodian Embassy in the US Celebrated Independence Day for the First Time

Big crowd gathered at the Cambodian embassy in Washington, D.C. to celebrate Cambodia’s 60th Independence anniversary for the first time. The Cambodian ambassador said this is the first time ever that Cambodian government allows its embassies overseas celebrate the Independence Day. About 25 foreign embassy representatives including representative from U.S. state department showed up at the function. VOA Khmer’s Im Sothearith reports from the Embassy.
