It is exam time in Cambodian schools.
But the Ministry of Education warned on Thursday that this year it is working hard to rein in rampant cheating that plagues testing in the country’s schools.
The ministry said in a statement Thursday that students found cheating—through cheat sheets or smartphones or other means—will fail.
Traditionally, cracking down on the widespread practice has proven difficult, with teachers on poor salaries prone to look the other way for a bribe.
