The Cambodian National Assembly has to postpone its session for two weeks due to the lack of quorum.
Only 77 parliamentarians showed up in today's session. The National Seembly needs a quorum of at least 86 members.
The secretary general of the national assembly Kim Sann says the lack of quorum is not a political crisis.
He says some parliamentarians are traveling and the opposition lawmakers are still boycotting the sessions.
