Cambodian national assembly has to postpone its session until Tuesday because of the lack of quorum.
Members of the opposition party has boycotted the meeting after three members of their party were stripped of their parliamentary immunity last week.
The secretary general of the opposition party, Mr. Eng Chhay Eang said without the attendence of the opposition lawmakers, there should be enough quorum.
Without elaborating, he said there must be something else that has caused the lack of quorum.
