An anti-riot police officer said he planned to take his supervisor to court for illegal arrest and torture.
Mr. Chou Va said he is seeking help from various human rights groups in filing a lawsuit against his superior.
The 26 year-old officer was believed to be the one who had encouraged the other anti-riot officers to protest against a recent salary reduction.
Mr. Chou Va said his supervior threw him in a jail room and punched him in the chest. This is the first time a police officer has the courage to take his superior to court.
