At least one house was burned down in a remote village in Kompong Speu Monday when local authority attempted to chase away settlers.
The Human Rights group Adhoc representative in Kompong Speu confirmed that villagers filed a complaint against police who came to kick them out of the houses they claimed to have lived in since 1996.
