Cambodian foreign minister Hor Nam Hong said he will hold talks with UN Secretary General Kofi Anan next week in New York City on the Khmer Rouge tribunal issue.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Mr. Hor said Cambodia has done its part once it ratifies the Khmer Rouge tribunal bill into law.
He said he is concerned that Cambodia would not have money to help pay for the cost of the trial.
The foreign minister urged the international community to come up with the money to put the former Khmer Rouge leaders on trial.
