In a message to the Cambodian people, King Norodom Sihanouk said he cannot make any comments on the "block vote" or the hand raising vote in the National Assembly to elect the Prime Minister and the President of the National Assembly at the same time.
The King apologized to the Cambodian people by saying that some of the top leaders do not want him to interfere with the current political developments.
