King Norodom Sihanouk said Cambodian politicians could not solve the current political deadlock and had to follow the advice he gave in November of 2003.
In a three-page letter in Khmer from Pyongyang, North Korea the King said the politial parties had to wait until there were a lot of pressure from the international community to follow his suggestion about the formation of the new coalition government.
Traditionally political parties don't comment on the King's letter.
