Cambodia King Sihanouk said he could not return to Cambodia at the moment.
In a letter from Pyongyang, North Korea, the King said he does not want to be accused of putting pressure on any one political party.
Recently members of the Sam Rainsy party had written to him asking him to come back to help solve the current political deadlock.
The King said he and his wife never abandon the Cambodian people and its problem. He said his thoughts are always with the people even though he is far away from them.
