A Phnom Penh appeal court has made its decision in the FM 90 ownership case but will not make it public until Friday.
FM 90 is a pro-FUNCINPEC radio station. Since 2003 the Cambodian Center for Human Rights, funded by the International Republican Institute(IRI), purchases 6 hours of airtime daily to broadcast programmings promoting human rights and democracy in Cambodia.
A woman claimed the station rightfully belongs to her.
The management of FM 90 claims it legally bought the station and has documents to prove it.
