Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk mocks the expansion of the size of the new cabinet in the future government.
In a message written in French on his web site, King Sihanouk said during the Sangkum Reas Niyum period from 1955 to 1969, in which the King was the head of the government, there were only 16 ministries.
The King said in the FUNCINPEC-CPP proposal to form a new government there will be 27 ministers for such a small country.
