FUNCINPEC and the Sam Rainsy Party signs an agreement Wednesday to continue cooperation in the Alliance of Democrats (AD).
Speaking to reporters at his party headquarters Wednesday, Mr. Sam Rainsy said any decisions in the new government will have to be approved by both FUNCINPEC and the Sam Rainsy Party.
Mr. Sam Rainsy also said Prince Ranariddh had told him that if the AD's political agenda was not accepted by CPP, there will be no new government.
CPP spokesman, Mr. Khieu Kahnarith, said the new government will not be a tripartite one. He said the Sam Rainsy party has to come into the government through FUNCINPEC.
