The Alliance of Democrats (AD) said Tuesday the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) can form the government by itself, if political deadlock continues.
AD's spokesman Neou Kasie told VOA that FUNCINPEC and the Sam Rainsy Party together would become the opposition party in the Parliament.
