The court hearing on the FM90 ownership dispute was postponed today until further notice. Mr. Kem Sophoan, the presiding judge, said the plaintiff, Mrs. Keo Sothea, has requested for a new judge because she said she could not trust him. Judge Sophoan has previously issued an arrest warrant for Mrs. Keo Sothea in a separate case.
This afternoon, officials from the US Embassy, the International Republican Institute, and Human Rights Organizations were seen at the courthouse, when the hearing cancellation was announced.
