The Alliance of Democrats (AD) said it is waiting for the response from the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) to form the new government, but the successive killings of members of AD is slowing down of the process.
The FUNCINPEC Party spokesman said the AD already reduced its demands from more than 60 to only more than 10. But Mr. Neou Kasie said the hard points of the agreement are the border problems, the 2/3 majority to form the government in case one party withdraws from the coalition, and the reforms of the judiciary system.
