The Alliance of Democrats told the visiting US congressional delegation that they are moving closer to form a new government with the Cambodian People's Party.
Mr. Nhek Bun Chhay told the delegation that there are only 3 more points they need to agree.
The US delegation is in Cambodia to access the overall situation in Cambodia. The US embassy in Phnom Penh said the delegation will meet with representatives of all parties.
