CPP's Package Deal Would Violate Cambodia's Constitution - 2003-12-19

Opposition leaders said Thursday that the Alliance of Democrats can not accept the Cambodian People's Party's proposal to elect the President of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister simultaneously.
