A spokesman for the FUNCINPEC Party claims the removal of its members from their government positions causes the entire government to lose its validity.
Mr. Neou Kasie says the government was created based on the two-third majority requirements under the constitution. Thus the removal of the members of any coalition party will automatically dissolve the entire coalition.
