Hun Sen's special advisor, Om Yintieng, says the representatives of the Cambodian People's party (CPP) is holding separate talks with the representatives of the FUNCINPEC party and of the Sam Rainsy party (SRP) on the creation of a new government.
But the Spokesmen for the FUNCINPEC and the SRP says they are not aware of such talks.
Meanwhile Prime Minister Hun Sen says "if I do not step down what can they do to me?"
