French-Cambodian economists from the Cambodia Border Committee will come to the United States next month to conduct a series of seminars aimed at highlighting some of the challenges Cambodia faces in coming years.
Oil in the southern seas, minorities in eastern provinces and untapped sustainable energy sources will be on the agenda.
