The UN promises to help Cambodia get out of the least developing country status by 2020.
Mr. Anwarul Karim Chowdhury UN under secretary general for least developing countries says that now Cambodia could have its own financial revenues to finance its own development goals activities to help the education that's part of the HTR, the irrigation scheme otherwise that would be helpful to boost revenue and address world poverty.
