Economists, Non-Govermental Organization representatives, members of the U.S. Congress, Cambodian officials and Cambodian union representatives met on Thursday to help push a bill through the U.S. Congress.
The bill will allow Cambodia and thirteen other countries to import garments into the U.S. duty free, after their textile qoutas ended since December, 2004.
