Pakistani officials say a three-train accident in southern Sindh province has left at least at 127 people dead.
Police say hundreds of others were injured today (Wednesday) in Pakistan's worst train crash in a decade.
Reports from the scene say the driver of one express train misunderstood a signal and "rammed into a stationary train," full of sleeping passengers, near the remote town of Ghotki. Soon after, a third train crashed into the debris.
The nightime accident left metal, glass and body parts strewn across the station.
Dozens of people have been killed in accidents on Pakistan's aging rail system over the past several years.
