Two municipal court officials, a judge and a prosecutor, were fired by a disciplinary chief of the Magistrate Council, while many other officials face sanctions or suspension.
Some of the officials may have to be relocated and others were critically blamed for wrong doings.
The first meeting of the Magistrate Council was led by King Norodom Sihamoni.
