Cambodian opposition party leader Sam Rainsy said a tripartite government is the best option for Cambodia.
Speaking to reporters at the Phnom Penh International Airport Monday after returning from a meeting of Democrats in Taiwan, Mr. Sam Rainsy said the second option is for the Cambodian People's Party to form a government by itself.
FUNCINPEC president Norodom Ranariddh said on Saturday he still believed the new government should be a tripartite one and is ready to meet with caretaker prime minister Hun Sen.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kahnarith said Mr. Hun Sen is waiting for the prince to contact him.
