Thai border patrols arrested four Cambodians on charge they attempted to cut the trees illegally along the Thai-Cambodian border.
Cambodian border police reported the arrest was made last Wednesday between the border demarcations #26 and #27, in Banteay Ampil district in Odor Meanchey province, bordering Thailand's Chantaburi province.
Odor Meanchey officials said they are negotiating with Thai officials for the release of the four men.
