About 300 houses in Phnom Penh were burned down Friday afternoon. Phnom Penh governor, Keo Chutema, said the fire was caused by the malfunction of the electrical wires.
There is no report of any casualty yet. The houses were in Chbar Ampov, an area where ethnic Vietnamese families concentrate.
