Howard Dean Says He Will Quit Presidential Race if He Did Not Win the Wisconsin Primary - 2004-02-06

South Korea's foreign minister says North Korea could be rewarded if it promises to fully dismantle its nuclear program in a verifiable manner.

Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf has issued a pardon for the father of the country's nuclear program who admitted leaking nuclear technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea.

Howard Dean sent an e-mail message to his supporters saying he would quit the Democratic presidential race if he did not win the Wisconsin primary on Feb. 17.

President Bush agreed "We have not yet found the stockpiles of weapons that we thought were there," but said "Knowing what I knew then and knowing what I know today, America did the right thing in Iraq."
