King Norodom Sihanouk says Cambodia's territorial integrity and borders were properly defined and recognized internationally between 1963 and 1968.
The King critcized the chairman of Cambodia's border committee for saying that Cambodia's borders during the Sangkum Reas Niyum's era were ill-defined.
