U.N. special envoy for human rights in Cambodia arrives in Phnom Penh Thursday to assess political situation and human rights conditions in this country.
The U.N. envoy plans to meet with King Norodom Sihanouk, Prime Minister Hun Sen and a number of political and civil society leaders.
