Prime Minister Hun Sen says he will not accept any pre-conditions for talks on forming a new government.
The Alliance of Democrats says it is ready to negotiate with the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) on the formation of a tri-party coalition government without Mr. Hun Sen as Prime Minister.
