Chalk Festival Draws Marriage Proposal

For 20 years, the town of Pasadena in California has celebrated a “Chalk Festival”.  Hundreds of artists decorate a public square with all kinds of chalk drawings. This year, one of them got particular attention, as Jeff Shu reports for VOA's Mandarin Service.
