Cambodian people including a former politician and a human rights activist urged the new king to pay attention to the border violations from neighboring countries and to the problem of illigal immigrants in Cambodia.
Mr. Pen Sovann, the president of the Sustaining Party of Khmer Nation urges the new king to help solve the border problems with neighboring countries and to stop illegal immigrants from flowing freely into Cambodia.
Mr. Kem Sokha, the president of the Cambodian Human Rights Center said he hopes the new king will be fair to all political parties and hopes that when a party tries to pressure the king, his majesty would be wise enough to avoid the pressure peacefully.
