Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk sends his condolence to Mrs. Nancy Reagan through the US embassy in Phnom Penh.
In a letter written in French from Pyongyang, North Korea, King Sihanouk said he was very sad to receive news about the death of former president Ronald Reagan.
