Villagers in Samaki Mean Chey Appeal To PM Hun Sen To Help To Solve The Problem

Residents in Samaki Mean Chey town, Kampong Chhnang province charged a group of dishonest people of grabbing one hundred hectares of uncultivated land belonging to a state commune given to the villagers.

These dishonest people are alleged by the residents of colluding with local authorities and selling it to private merchants.

The villagers appeal to Prime Minister Hun Sen to help solve the problem. The villagers' representative Tim Sambath says that Kol Saroeun, is a villager like these residents but has hundred of hectares of land to sell to private businessmen.
